The horned god of Celtic myth, Cernunnos was an ancient hunter and a guardian of the forest. Also known as the Lord of the Wild Hunt and the Green Man, he is often depicted as a tree or a stag. This piece was inspired by the peace and solitude of a forest in the late afternoon.
